The 2nd Pillar Central
Office which has been in existence since 1 May 1999 is the liaison
office between the occupational benefit schemes (also referred
to as 2nd Pillar or BVG) and insured persons.
It is intended to enable interrupted contacts between insured
persons and the schemes to be restored.
